ORDER CONFIRMATION
• We will email you the order confirmation as soon as you place the order, also, please check your address information before you place the order, because the shipping address cannot be changed after your order is placed, if you haven't received the order confirmation it may be delayed, please contact us here for help. 
• If the product is unavailable or on back order, we will contact you immediately and provide you with the solution that if you would like to wait for the product to be available, switch the other product, or get you refunded. 


ORDER SHIPMENT
• Under normal circumstances, the order you placed will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days from the date of your order (unless we indicated on the product page).
• Under exceptional circumstances, if the product is on back-order or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and provide you with the solution that if you would like to wait for the product to be available, switch the other product, or get you refunded. 


ORDER SHIPPING

U.S. Shipping

We are based in California with warehouses, we offer FREE shipping on all PHOTONICAN Lights to the contiguous 48 United States (excluding the Yukon, Northwest Territory, Nova Scotia and Nunavut) via FedEx, UPS, or other major couriers.
For the areas of the US is not covered by free shipping, please contact us before you place the order, we will get you a quote. Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost, please contact us before you place the order if you prefer an expedited shipping method and will get you a quote.
International Orders: Nearly all of our items can be shipped internationally, if you prefer the international shipping please contact us here to receive a shipping quote using FedEx, UPS, DHL or other major couriers.  

Items shipped internationally may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the solo responsibility of the customer and not PHOTONICAN.


CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us ASAP. 9%(credit card / PayPal) order cancellation fee will be charged if the order is received. We can handle most cases, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, the warehouse may not receive the cancellation requests in time. Once the product has been arranged and shipped, the order will be treated like a 'return'. See our full Return Policy


RETURNS
We offer return shipping in the USA if you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 Days. See our full Return Policy  For rules and guidance on returning an item after purchase. A 10-20% restocking fee may apply for returns within the dates of the return policy. Reach out to us for exact return instructions and restocking fees for the item(s) that you purchased.
