Return & Refund Policy


Customer satisfaction has always been our top priority, we value any feedback from our valued customers, because all of that will be used to further improve the quality of our service and products. PHOTONICAN is confident that our LED grow lights will offer you a spectacular growing result. However, If you are unsatisfied with any PHOTONICAN grow lights, you can return them and get them refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date. PHOTONICAN will do its best to work with you to solve any issues you might have and replace your products or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. 

1. The shipping charges of the original order are not refundable. 
2. The customer is solely responsible for return shipping charges when returning an item(s). 
3. The customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee for return.
4. To qualify for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received and must be in the original packaging along with all components and accessories.
5. If the item(s) that is used, returned incomplete. We will require a deduction, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be applied based on the original sales price.
4. PHOTONICAN Lights fixtures that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable, and the order will be treated as a "warranty product". See our full Warranty Policy. "Damaged" includes but is not limited to water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection. 
5. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns.

PHOTONICAN Refund Policy
Pre-Shipment Refunds
1. If your order has not yet been shipped and you request a refund, we will process the refund immediately. The refunded amount should appear in your account within 1-3 business days.

Post-Shipment Refunds

2. For refunds requested after the shipment has been sent out, the refund will be processed within 1-7 business days after we receive the returned goods.

If you receive an incorrect product, we will pay for the return shipping costs as well as pay for getting the product to you.
