Can I place my order online for pickup at the local warehouse (updated Oct. 1st, 2021) ?
If you are in Cerritos area, California, we are allowing curbside order pickups at the warehouse starting Oct. 1st, 2021. You have to place your order online and our warehouse staff will bring your order to your vehicle.


Can I still make returns ?
Yes, we're still processing returns. To start a return and learn more about returns, please visit the Return Policy.

Is it safe to receive orders ? What measures are being taken to protect staff and customers (updated Oct. 1st, 2021)?
We prioritize the safety and health of our employees. We swiftly introduced mandatory masks and personal protective equipment in all of our warehouse centers, temperature screening, enhanced cleaning, and we staggered shifts and start times to make sure social distancing was happening.  

SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Staff who are sick MUST stay home.
2. Staff members who do not feel well are advised to stay home.
3. We are looking at multiple options for staff members who are not comfortable working or are at increased risk during the outbreak. No staff member is required to work during this period if they choose.
